Forte dei Marmi is a well-known seaside holiday resort, with numerous clubs, discos and the like.
It takes its name from the marble of the Apuan Alps and the homonymous fort that stands in the center of the city.
Forte dei Marmi is the perfect combination between lovers of the good life both during the day thanks to the center full of boutiques and shops of the most famous brands: Gucci, Prada, Rolex etc …, starred restaurants, ice cream parlors, bars and a playground for children, both at night thanks to the numerous discos, clubs on the beach and along the promenade such as the historic “La Capannina di Franceschi”.
